6 fresh plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
5 cups kalamata olives, minced
1/8 cup minced garlic
1/8 cup minced red onion
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup capers, drained and crushed
1/4 cup chopped sage
black pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, olives, garlic, onion, olive oil, lemon juice, capers, sage, and black pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
